Announcements:

1) CO photo-taking for "HARVEST MAGAZINE" on 18th July (Wednesday)
Reporting time: 3.45pm (Please by punctual)
Venue to report: E square hub area
Attire: Girls - CO costume (w/o high heels unless you want to wear it)
Boys - White long sleeved, Black long pants and shoes, School tie (w/o vests)

2) There will be a meeting for the upcoming carnival on 18th july (Wednesday).
ALL CO members will have to turn up for the meeting, not only those who volunteer
ed or are in EXCO. Due to the photo-taking, also on wednesday, the meeting will be split into two parts:

Part-one: 2.40pm-3.15pm (members will then be released to have lunch and to be changed after which they report to E square hub on time)

Part-two: 4.30pm-5.30pm

Venue for both meeting will be at CO room.

3) Seniors with higher chinese lessons on every friday, may have lunch and report at 2.45pm.
if you think that there is not enough time, then dont eat and have a heavier recess.

4) CO on 20th july will start from 2.30pm and end at 5.30 pm. upper sec students are required to report IMMEDIATELY after school although they are only released at 2.35pm. There will be no time for lunch, so do have a heavy recess.

5) Please pay June & July's CO fund of $2 to either Lijia or Lester
ASAP.

think most of you people are really happy as there will be no more rehearsals.

anyway, i just want to let you all know that,
ms samantha lim called me this morning,
and she told me that many of the invited guests had good and positive feedbacks of our performance that day.
and that they, including herself, are very pleased with CO.
so its something good!thus CO, keep it up and jiayous okays?!xD

Tomorrow's timeline:

1.30pm - Report for practice
3.30pm - Get changed, Make-up
4.10pm - Move instruments to hall
4.30pm - Tuning
[after which we will have a final rehearsal, plus touching up of make-up]

5.45pm - Everything to be ready, Final Check

Please take note:

1. Bring shoes and costume!
2. Be quick when changing.
3. Be quiet at backstage!

4. Don't forget expressions and movements when performing.
5. Stay behind after performance for dinner.

Also, one important point to take note, a lot of sponsors would be coming down tomorrow, so yeahh, be at your best! (:

for the next rehearsal on honour's night

for the next rehearsal:

1) meet outside PE room at 3pm SHARP.
please either have a QUICK lunch, or have a HEAVIER recess.
no one is to be still eating at 3 pm.
EXCO please help to ensure they report on time.

- for all instruments that needs to be tuned, get them out from your cases and get it tuned OUT of the room and put them properly back stage(unless other instructions given) but on the night itself, there will be no holding place for instruments for CO as we are suppose to be on stage already. so there should be no problem of not knowing where to go.

- for people who are not playing instruments which needs to be tuned, or have tuned already. please help those who needs help in moving the instuments (e.g. Percussion instruments, zhongyinsheng, yangqin)

- before getting on stage, there will be people helping us to arrange chairs, however, i want SLs from various Sections to ENSURE that there are placed CORRECTLY (eg. whether the chairs are facing the the audience, having a suitable distance in between chairs). please get other members to hold your instruments. and please be QUICK as we only have a short time backstage. seating layout will be the same as last performence.

- entering and leaving the stage will be the same as last performance. IF we do NOT have to go through another round of rehearsal on the day. we can keep our instruments.

- this will be the instructions for all except for percussion: after leaving the stage, your are only expected to take your insrtuments and music stands with you off the stage. leave the chairs, they will clear it for us. then go to pe room to keep your instruments PROPERLY and QUICKLY or pass it to another person to help you keep. then return to backstage to help move other instruments. this will be the instructions for percussion: all percussion instruments are to be taken off stage except for the timpanis and xylophone. they will only be cleared after a video that will be played. and thus i need the other members to move fast and return backstage to help move instruments after keeping your instruments instead of SLACKING downstairs.

- after that, you will be informed if you are dissmissed.
