*Important. Please take note:9th June 08Attire: Full school uniform or half uniform.Time line:
10.00am - Report in CO room, tune instruments, briefing.
10.20am - Practice
10.35am - Move instruments down
10.45am - Load instruments up to lorry.
11.00am - All to set off for RP by public transport
(In fact, one hour isn’t a lot of time to get there, so please don’t take your own sweet time.)
12.00pm - Get seated in RP’s cultural centre theatre.
12.30pm – Technical run through
2.30pm – Start concert proper (rehearsal)
By 6pm – All are expected to leave.Note that:
-Please have a heavier breakfast. There won’t be enough time for lunch!
-Music stands will be provided by RP, so you don’t have to bring any along.
-Make sure that sufficient tuners, 松香 and strings that you need for both days are brought along. Don’t forget your scores too!
-No food is allowed in the theatre or backstage. That includes sweets, chocolates and snacks. And don’t try to smuggle any in.
-To prevent unnecessary thefts, please don’t bring too much cash or valuable items that you don’t need.
-Only instruments and their casings will be loaded up to the lorry. Please bring other stuff you need yourself.
-We won’t be returning back to school after rehearsals or before concert the next day, so don’t leave anything behind in co room!This is how you can get to RP by public transport:

Regarding unsold tickets:
Please please please try to sell them off. Some of your tickets are with me, however, there is also a limit as to how much I can sell so please do yourself a favour and try to sell… There’s still a chance to sell your tickets before the concert, but once the concert is over, that’s it.To all, please pass the tickets money to Li Jia ASAP if you have not done so.10th June 08
Attire: Half uniform.
Must bring: Costume (black long sleeved shirt, black long pants and shoes/heels)
Yellow Arise Shine T-Shirt (those involved in finale)
Time line:
11.40am – Report to RP’s cultural centre theatre.
12.15am – Technical run through
2.30pm – Start concert proper (rehearsal)
5.30pm – Dinner and all to get changed.**
6.20pm – Hair and Make-up
7.15pm – Doors will be opened for audience to get seated. Get ready to go on stage.
7.30pm – CONCERT BEGINS
10.00pm – Expected time for concert to end. Pack up and ensure nothing is left behind.
10.30pm – Load instruments to lorry.
**If there is enough time in between the rehearsal, I will ask your to get changed so that your can have a longer dinner break and to prevent congestions in the changing rooms.
Regarding Dinner:
-Coupons will be given to all.
-Go to stall 1 for food, stall 2 for bubble tea.
Regarding Hair and make-up:
-This includes both girls and boys.
-Girls, please have your fringes pinned up.
-The make-up used will be shared among all. It is optional to bring your own set of make-up.Regarding dismissal:
-If you wish to be dismissed from RP, you may do so. However, you are required to bring your own instruments home.
-If not, please kindly help load instruments up to lorry and make your way back to school by public transport. All instruments will be kept in WOW room. I would really appreciate it if you help(:
All the timings are just estimations of what is going to happen that day, but still try not to delay too much!
And I would really appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all on both days, especially on the concert day itself.

For 6th June 2008 (Friday),Please report in CO room, 8.30am for practice. LAST combine!To all sec 4 express, if you are let off early from classes on friday, please go for the CO practice. The practice is from 9am-12pm.Attire: School Uniform
Those involved in finale are to bring the yellow shirts and change into them before the rehearsals for finale item.
Report in CO room at 1pm after lunch to prepare for rehearsals.
