The set piece is composed by Mr. Phoon Yew Tien/潘耀田 (Refer To Here About Him), entitled 蝉歌 (Song Of Cicada).

The scores will be released on 31st October 2008, and sub scores will be given out during either the 1st/2nd week of November 2008.

So everyone, buck up to complete Chun Yu Fen Fen so that we can be able to practise Chan Ge okay.

Some Basic Info:
-SYF Dates for Secondary level will be from 20-22 April 2009.
-Duration of choice piece should not exceed 8 minutes.

Judging Criteria:
50% - technique
(consisting of articulation, dynamics, intonation, rhythm, and tone)

50% - Musicianship
(consisting of balance, blend, expression, interpretation, phrasing, and style of the music played)

Awarding:
Gold with Honours- 85% and above
Gold- 80-84%
Silver- 70-79%
Bronze- 60-69%
Certificate of participation- 59% and below.

you can see that it's abit easy to get a COP/Bronze o.o
so everyone, work hard please~~~

Take Note that the chalet cum CO Bonding Camp is on 25th and 26th November.
Staying overnight is not compulsory, but it is compulsory for everyone to turn up on 25th of November.
